  4. URLcook quickly decodes URL-encoded data, which are most often seen as a
  5. result of "mailto:" HTML forms. That is, original URL-encoded data like
  6. "Name=Mr%2E+Smith&Email=jsmith%40isp" is decoded into "Name: Mr. Smith
  7. Email: jsmith@isp". URLcook allows you to save and print the results of
  8. the decoding using a simple and a fast interface.

  10. Installation of URLcook is very simple: just extract the contents of the
  11. distribution archive into a new directory like "C:\Program Files\URLcook" and
  12. you're all set. If you wish, you can create a shortcut in your Start menu to
  13. URLcook.exe by, for example, right clicking on the task bar, selecting
  14. Properties and clicking on Add Shortcut.
